Gosh Rocks Ltd is referred to as “Gosh Rocks ”, “us” or “we” throughout these terms and conditions. Users of this website will be referred to as “you” or the “user”.

Please read the following terms and conditions before using this website or placing an order. We hold the right to change or update these terms and conditions, and any other related policy at our discretion. Any changes made will have immediate effect. Please check these terms regularly for changes and before placing a new order. Continuing to use this website means you accept all changes.

1.1. By using this site you have agreed to these terms and conditions.

1.1.2 You shall not purchase products from our site if you are below the age of 18 years old.

1.1.2. Gosh Rocks, this website and our terms and conditions are according to and governed by UK law. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts over any legal action arising from use of this website.

1.1.3. Gosh Rocks will not, under any circumstance, be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damage of any kind.

1.2. Gosh Rocks is the owner and licensee of all Trademakes and Intellectual Property including (but not limited to) the Gosh Rocks logo, designs, text, copy, graphics, original photographs and so on, known as “materials”.

1.2.1. Credit is given to materials originating from other sources when possible.

1.2.2. Users are not able to use our site materials without our written permission except when use is strictly personal and non-commercial.

1.3. Gosh Rocks has the right to terminate sessions or bar users at our sole discretion, when users infringe the outlined terms, conditions and policies.

1.4. Content and information on this website may be sourced from third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Gosh Rocks will not be held liable for third party information, which may include inaccuracies or errors.

1.4.1. Links to third party websites or contact details should be opened with caution, and at your own risk. Although Gosh Rocks feels the third parties we work with or mention are usually trustworthy, we cannot control, monitor or ensure the safeness of third party websites, content, links, information or other products of third parties. We accept no liability for damages caused by such third party links or information.

1.5. This website uses cookies to store information regarding user browsing preferences. Please see our Cookies Policy. We use such information to increase usability and improve user experience. Ordering, Payment, VAT and cancellation

2.1. Any order placed with Gosh Rocks, including via the website, over the telephone or in person, is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions. Gosh Rocks reserve the right to reject an order.

2.2. Gosh Rocks accept payment via the following methods, and are able to reject payments that do not comply with the following list:

  • Debit and Credit cards
  • MasterCard and Maestro
  • AMEX
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash payments
  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Finance
  • Others

2.3. Gosh Rocks do not have the facilities to offer payment plans. Full payment is taken at the point of order.

2.4. All prices displayed on our website, displayed in-store or quoted to you include Value Added Tax (VAT).

2.5 At this time we do not accept orders or ship items outside of the UK.

2.6 Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email. We begin ordering the components of your bespoke order immediately, and therefore we are unable to cancel your order more than 30 minutes after your purchase has been confirmed during opening hours, or by 9.30am on the next working day after placing your order.

Pricing

3.1. We aim to keep any information on this website as accurate as possible, but will not be held accountable for errors, typographical error, human error or error due to technical issues. In the event pricing information is incorrect or outdated, we reserve the right to change and correct such prices. In such instances, we will not honour sales based on the incorrect pricing.

3.1.2. In some instances, Gosh Rocks will include information from third parties on this website. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, trustworthiness or any other factor of this information. This information may include (but is not limited to) pricing. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Gosh Rocks will not be held liable for third party content or information.

3.2. Gosh Rocks reserves the right to change our pricing without prior notice. Changes made to pricing will have immediate effect, unless otherwise stated. This will not affect previous purchases or prices already agreed. In some instances, however, prices may differ from quotations due to fluctuating markets and subsequent costs. In such an event, you will be informed by your point of contact at Gosh Rocks.

Delivery of goods & Bespoke Orders

4.1. For bespoke orders of Engagement and Wedding rings there is a lead time of 3-4 weeks depending on the order and the time of the year. During festive and holiday periods and the weeks leading up to them the lead time can increase and there may be delays on orders.

4.1.1. Although we make every attempt to deliver goods via post within the estimated timeframe, there is a possibility unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery of goods. Gosh Rocks does not warrant or guarantee the delivery date and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, expenses or other claims that you may incur as a result of a delayed delivery.

4.2 All our bespoke orders are crafted by hand using top quality craftsmen to ensure the highest quality product. We try to ensure each item we create for our customer is exactly to the specification of customers order. But since each item is handcrafted there is a slight margin for error.

4.2.1 Upon receipt of the item, if a customer finds an obvious error in their item as per their order, which is outside of the slight margin for error, Gosh Rocks will do its best to rectify this error as soon as it can without any additional cost to the customer. Depending on what error needs to be fixed the lead time may vary. The sales person will inform you of this.

4.2.2 Gosh Rocks is in no way obliged or liable to offer any damages, discount or refund for any bespoke orders that have been delayed or need to be amended due to an error in manufacturing.

4.3 We send orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service), tracked and signed for, for proof of delivery. Please be aware you may be required to send proof of identity before shipment and will be required to sign for your delivery. It is therefore important that you are available to receive the delivery in person or should specify an alternative arrangement.

4.3.1 For your protection, Gosh Rocks always:

  • Insures and registers all items for their full value.
  • Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Gosh Rocks is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Gosh Rocks within 7 days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Gosh Rocks .

4.3.2 Upon receiving your item, you become the sole owner of the item, and the item is held at your own risk. We are not liable for loss, damage or destruction once received by you. See our Insurance advice outlined in our Manufacturer’s Warranty.

4.3.3 The packaging we use for deliveries is discreet, and we do not write phrases such as ‘Gosh Rocks’ or ‘jewellers’, for security and discretion purposes. You can find out more information in our Returns Policy section.

4.3.4 Gosh Rocks pays for postage of your order to your address but does not cover the cost to post the order back to us unless the product is found to have a manufacturing flaw.

Resizing

5.1 All sizes and measurements of the rings and pieces of jewellery are approximate. However, we try to ensure that the sizes and measurements are correct to the size you provide on ordering.

5.1.1 We offer to resize your ring free of charge within 120 days of purchase as long as it is within 2 ring sizes of the original. In order to resize your ring, you need to return the ring to us within 120 days after receiving it. If a ring has to be sized up or down more than 2 sizes it may have to be produced anew and this would not be covered by our free resize. The cost would be determined by our sales team. Resizing a ring can take 7-10 working days. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning an item to us for resizing. Please see our Returns policy for more information.

5.1.2 All our resizing is done by hand and resizing a ring carries a small risk of the ring being damaged during the resizing process. Though we do our best to rectify any issues that come during the resizing process, in some cases the damage done during the resizing of a ring would not be able to be fixed and in that case the ring would need to be remade.

We cannot guarantee against unforeseen issues/damages that a ring may incur during resizing of a ring and so do not take any responsibility for sentimental loss if a ring needs to be remade due to any damage incurred during the resizing of it.

5.1.3 Outside the aforementioned 120 days a fee may be charged for resizing any ring purchased from Gosh Rocks.

Returns/Exchange/Refunds

6. Once your item is ready we will send it to the address you provided.

6.1. Bespoke items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

6.2 In the event of a manufacturing fault, you have 30 days to return the item from the date of delivery. In the event of resizing, you have 120 days to return the item to us from the date of delivery.

6.3 The packaging we use for deliveries is discreet, and we do not write phrases such as ‘Gosh Rocks’ or ‘jewellers’, for security and discretion purposes. Similarly, we ask that you do not write phrases on the packaging that could indicate the value of the contents. Instead, the package should be addressed to your point of contact (not ‘Gosh Rocks’), followed by our store address. We are not responsible for the item until it has been delivered to us.

6.3.1 All items should be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery and fully insured to:

Production

Ring crafting is a delicate process that takes time and care. Our rings are made by hand and usually take 3-4 weeks to complete.

The due date that we state on an invoice is one that we work towards but as our rings are handcrafted there can be unforeseen complications and delays in the production process which means we do not have the ring ready by the due date. This only happens in rare cases but at the same time this is a delicate process which cannot be rushed if we are to maintain the quality of the product.

We are not responsible for any financial or other losses a customer may incur due to not getting a ring by a certain date.

Submissions

You acknowledge and agree that any content you provide Gosh Rocks , including but not limited to questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or any other information will be deemed non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Gosh Rocks. Gosh Rocks will, therefore, own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights to this content, thus entitling the company to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these materials for any commercial purpose without any acknowledgement or compensation to you.

Marketing

Gosh Rocks may photograph and/or film any piece of jewellery that is manufactured by us for use as marketing material on social media platforms, websites, youtube or other online platforms. If you do not want your particular piece of jewellery to be used by us for marketing please let us know at the time you purchase the item with us.

Data Protection and Information Supplied by You

In the course of its business, Gosh Rocks needs to gather and use certain information about individuals. This will include clients, suppliers and other business contacts, and employees and prospective employees, as well as other people that we have a relationship with, may need to contact, or with whom we need to deal.
