Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee

Gosh Rocks is very proud of the bespoke jewellery that we create. All items are handmade to order. Our master craftsmen check every order before it is dispatched to be sure that it is in pristine condition.

We offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee with every item. We will repair your item for free should any fault occur at any time as a result of manufacture.

This does not cover accidental or intentional damage or loss or other form of mistreatment by the customer or a third party. While our jewellery is made for daily wear, care should be taken with all jewellery. A decision as to whether damage is caused by manufacturing issues or by other means is made at our discretion.

We recommend that you contact us to discuss any damage, whether it is covered by guarantee or not, and our master craftsman will be happy to assess your item. We will always inform you of potential costs in advance.
